This includes extra web pages, updates and so on. RESPONSIBILITIES With any website there are two main unavoidable responsibilities you need to be aware of: 1. Domain Names After initial purchase, domain names have to be re-registered on an annual basis to avoid losing the domain name and to ensure uninterrupted access to your website. Our website package includes the registration and retention of your domain name for 1 year only. We can re-register your domain name for you after the first year and subsequent years if you like. Please talk to us about this. 2. Hosting Our website package includes the hosting of your website for 1 year only. We provide ongoing hosting at a set rate of $20.00 per month after your first year. Please talk to us if you would like further information about this service. 3.Payment We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before commencing any work on your website. This payment will go towards setting up your domain name, hosting account and draft design of your website - things we can't undo once the project has commenced. The balance is due upon completion of your website. Further payment details and terms will be forwarded to you upon completion of your site.
